I had gone through over 6 other contractors that never showed up for their appointments or once looking at the job never called back. Then I called Renew Crew for my fence and deck. They showed right up on time for our appointment and gave me options for my projects. I asked for pictures and Rob sent them within the hour. This is an Impressive group of guys! They show up on time for their appointments and do what they say they are going to do! They kept me informed and built a great deck! I am so impressed I will be using for my fence later this year. I would highly recommend them!!!

I feel like they took advantage of me and destroyed my property.

This is so unfortunate and NOT the truth!!! I have a signed contract stating the work to be done. I showed up as agreed, and started to take apart the floor of the porch. We started this job mid afternoon so only got about 25% of the floor taken up. We also got the railings taken off. This was a complete rebuild of the front porch. I talked to the customer that evening and asked for the material check and was rudely told not to come back on her property. She had NO reason for backing out of the contract and I was doing my job as WE BOTH agreed to. Something obviously changed on her side but she didn't bother to contact me to let me know any different. I have been in business for 15 years and have 100's of completely satisfied clients. I have references available for all my potential clients.
