Barny and Tyler came to our home 🏠 and done a inspection and told us what we needed to do what they were going to do how much it was gonna cost helped us with our insurance and got the ball rolling they come out they said it would take a day no longer than a day and a half it was done in one. The crew was fantastic. They got out here got it done cleaned up after themselves and left. I am very pleased with this company and I would recommend them to anybody Thank you, Barney and Tyler for the job y’all done in your crew have a good day thanks

Tyler was very informative and answered any questions and concerns I had. Roof was replaced and damaged portions were removed and replaced in a very professional and timely manner and I even have a guaranteed warranty for 10 years on wind damage. I put in a claim years ago for wind damage that caused a lot of damage and my own insurance company denied the claim. Project started on the date promised and clean up was outstanding, not one nail or piece of garbage was left behind. I have already recommended him to someone else and will continue to do so.

Tyler and the crew were hired to take care of the hail damage to my home. After an initial inspection and sending proof of damage to my insurance company; the company denied the claim. They went back out to the house and got more close-up photos and proved the damage that was undeniable. After dealing with a complete a**hole at the insurance company; they finally got enough and escalated the claim to the highest level and got the approval. They then scheduled the repairs. They showed up on time and completed the job in one and a half days on my 5000+ square foot home. They were very diligent to cover the ground and bushes to catch any debris and falling nails. I had explained to them that children play in my yard and I don't want them getting a nail in their feet. So they did a great job of policing their debris and nails with the tarps. Then they came back the next day and spent two hours with a metal detector, going over every inch of the property to insure that all of the nails were picked up. Two of the guys were literally on their hands and knees crawling around looking for any piece of debris or nails. VERY IMPRESSIVE. This was mostly so impressive because it showed that they actually gave a damn! You don't find that very much anymore. Whenever I have called this company; they have almost immediately responded or returned my calls. Overall....this felt more like a family than a bunch of strangers who just showed up to do a job. The workmanship and quality of materials used, as well as the professionalism, warranties and attitude will GUARANTEE that I will be telling EVERYONE who needs roofing services to call the masters at Renegade. There is absolutely nothing that they could have done more or better to make my experience with them exceed what they did for me and my family. I wish I could give them ten stars. Incredible work.
