SBL did a fantastic rebuild of our 45 year old pool! Everything went exactly to plan and Sal, the owner, was always available by text or phone to confirm schedules, etc. He was of great assistance in helping us select a beautiful Italian tile out of many, many choices. The pool looks wonderful. His crews always showed up as scheduled and were professional and friendly. Our agreed upon price was maintained. We are totally pleased with the work done by SBL Pools and recommend them without reservation. If any new work comes up regarding changes to the pool, they will be our first (and only) call! SBL pools replaced our pool tile, porcelain, and skimmer, and portions of the deck concrete. Owner, Sal and his team clearly communicated both the scope of the work and the phases of completion. They successfully delivered on their projected timeline. Since we live quite a distance from the property, Sal consistently documented the construction and completion of each phase for us with photos and video. When the city building code enforcement threw us a small snag and we were were unable to make the trip, Sal went for us and sorted things out with the city. After we signed the contract with Sal, we had a medical emergency that necessitated us delaying the project. Sal was both sensitive to our situation and accommodating on our timing. He even drove down to Orange County to physically show us the pool tiles. Sal and SBL do an excellent job, have business integrity, and a truly genuine human touch.

Sal is amazing!! We needed pool repair and replastering after the Eaton fire. We needed a retaining wall and new fencing after the subsequent mudslides. We were approached by numerous price gouging contractors. Sal’s pricing was reasonable and his employees are competent and respectful. We are truly thrilled with the results. We highly recommend SBL pools, and we will rely on them in the future.

I cannot say enough, complimentary things about Sal and SBL Pools. He responded to my many concerns and questions in a kind, respectful, and helpful manner.
