Remodel Max, LLC

Very positive experience with Wayne and his RemodelMax Inc. The project was to add a garage to our house at Cockeysville, MD. Based on good ratings on Web, I selected three local contractors to bid the project. Wayne won the bid. RemodelMax offered fair pricing, qualified experience and excellent track of records in this kind of contract. Before the work started, I had a clear picture of what I expected. From beginning of pulling permit to the end of painting, the project finished on time with good quality. It was really pleasant experience working with Wayne. I definitely recommend RemodelMax.

I had my kitchen remodeld including countertop, sink, backsplash and floor. The work was done on time and professionally. Wayne was always available to talk to and the workers were respectful and courteous. I never felt like I was in the way in my own home as I have in the past.

I cannot truly rate him yet because the work has not begun on my kitchen remodel yet. I am still waiting to have more information from him. I have not had any thing done yet. I gave Mr. Huller a down payment of $4000.00 to start the contract work on my kitchen.. I have picked the floor tile, and cabinets, and the splash insert. I have to select the main tile for the back splash. Remax modeling finished my kitchen remodel, and I am very satisfied. Mr. Huller made sure that I was satisfied, and my concerns were immediately taken care of. I trusted them in my home when I was not there. I highly recommend Remodel Max.

Our experience was wonderful. We couldn't be happier with the final results of our sunroom. It is absolutely beautiful! It is actually more beautiful than I ever imagined. Our experience with Wayne, the owner of Remodel Max, was great. We feel like we have a new friendship. Wayne always kept us informed of the schedule and was always on top of things. His staff is unbelievable. I often said its like they read each others minds because they work so well together. I can't say enough great things about our experience. We are so happy! We would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Out of the three companies who I had visit my rowhome for an estimate, Remodel Max was the only company who could promise to put the bathroom where I wanted it along with my other wishes. In fact, the other two companies said that the bathroom couldn't be placed in the location that I desired it to be. In addition, Remodel Max moved my water and gas pipes to allow me one less bulkhead for much needed extra room. The management and workers are friendly, work hard, and do quality work. I highly recommend Remodel Max, LLC.

The project was great. Not only did they do a great job but they were a great bunch of people to have do the addition. The workers were great to talk to and answered all questions about what they were doing and had no problem taking the time to answer your questions. When they were done for the day they always cleaned up after themsleves and made sure everything was done for the day that they said would be done. Wayne was great always answered my calls and took the time to walk me through each stage of the project to make sure that I knew what was going on for the day and that I had no questions for him. We were very pleased with everything. Wayne called us very often to update us on what was going on. He also called every morning his crews were coming just so we would know in case we were going to be away. All of his crews were very polite and professional. At the end of every day they always cleaned the work area and removed everything before leaving. During the project, we asked for several additions to the original project. Wayne and Jeff both never had a problem with this and always worked with us to meet our changing needs. At some times, Wayne even suggested possibilites to us. We had some problems in areas of our home that were not related to the project, such as a plumbing problem in the second floor bathroom. Because of this problem, previous owners of our home had placed a suspended ceiling in the kitchen. The project involved removing a closet in the bedroom that was undergoing the addition. This closet was against the kitchen wall. This involved some work in a small area of the kitchen. The project was to add more drop ceiling in the kitchen. Wayne didn't like this because if would leave the problem with the plumbing still unresolved. He didn't think this was good enough for us. So he had his crew fix the problem in the bathroom and replace the drop ceiling in the kitchen with sheetrock. This made the kitchen a much improved space and made us very happy. Wayne told me several times that he would not do anything in our home that he would not do in his own home. Throughout our project we were never treated as just customers. We were treated as friends. Needless to say, we are very pleased with our new addition and would recommend Remodel Max to anyone considering an addition to their home.

The craftsmanship of the project was great. Although the project took longer than the anticipated 4-6 weeks as discussed, I am satisfied with the overall project. The design and layout of the basement was accurate and followed the original contract agreement. Although there were some initial problems with the electrical company, the owner of Remodel Max, LLC worked diligently with the electrician to rectify the issues. To date the project has been completed and I am satisfied with the overall turn-out of the work.

Great work

They started the project about 3 weeks late. The project should have been finished within 2 weeks and it took 3 months, blaming the delay on BGE which I called spoke to them and they were not the problem, left trash on side of house. Did not communicate progress or lack there of with us. Showed up late at night and left late, sometime would say they would come and didn't show or call. Final product was ok, problably could have found cheaper person with better business ethics.
