The estimate I received from Reign Roofing was similar to others, but three things stood out during my conversation with Adam. First, they use their own experienced employees who work well as a team. Second, they use a higher-grade underlayment, which I appreciated given my background in landscaping. Third, Adam was the only one to mention the importance of roof vents for shingle certification, explaining that the number of vents depends on attic size.
