We couldn’t be happier with our experience using Regency Pools. From the beginning, communication was clear and consistent, and the quality of work on our pool was excellent. What really stands out is that even a year later, they’re still responsive—answering questions and coming by when something needs attention. I did a lot of shopping around before choosing a pool builder, and Regency was absolutely the right choice. Tyler was who I dealt with throughout the process, and he made everything smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a company that stands behind their work, this is it.

Tyler from Regency Pools was excellent to work with. There were multiple design updates during the initial process and his experience and expertise helped ensure the final designs met our vision. Tyler kept me informed throughout the entire process and worked with me as I performed all the electrical installation myself. His staff were always polite and made sure the job site was cleaned up daily as we have dogs. Would highly recommend Tyler and his staff to assist you in your oasis journey!

We had our first pool built for our new house starting summer of 2024. Tyler was very easy to communicate with. The pool was installed as estimated by the timeline. After the hurricanes, we hired them to replace our torn liner and patio deck. This was also installed as scheduled. When issues were brought up, Tyler was very attentive and made sure they were resolved.

Absolutely thrilled with the pool Tyler built for us! From the initial design consultation to the final touches, he was professional, communicative, and invested in making sure we got exactly what we wanted. The quality of the work is top notch. Our backyard has completely transformed, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Tyler if you’re looking for someone reliable and skilled to build your pool.

Very friendly father and son operation. The finished product looks great and we are very pleased with our pool. They told us that if we ever have any problems or issues, to give them a call and they will fix. Based on what we've been told by others who used them, they mean it and offer excellent service after the sale. This is one of the very few times that the lowest price was also the best product.

They actually got in touch with us and came about 4 days earlier than the expected date. Super friendly guy(owner) and very knowledgeable about swimming pools. He had the pool leak fixed in about an hour. I will definitely recommend him to others.
