Reviews
Write a ReviewDid a great job at a fair price. Was also willing to negotiate the price and reduce some of the work being done.
Easy to work with
They did a GREAT job. They were quick and the clean-up was fantastic. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Tracey and her company, if you have a demolition project.
Tracey and her crew were very professional and on time. They did there job very well and fast without any mishaps . The clean-up was great and the pricing was more than fair. I would recommend regal rigging and demolition to everyone. Great job!!!
Excellent service. Removed our shed, cleaned the area thoroughly. Regal Rigging and Demolition, LLC went above and beyond my expectations including removing patio stones around the shed. 100% recommend this company.
Tracey was responsive to my request and got me scheduled for removal of my crumbling deck right away. When she had issues with one of her crews, she came out and did the work herself! Everything was done as promised within just a two day time frame. Very happy with the results.
I have never been treated worse that this. This is a detailed review explaining the terrible dealing of this business. All of the communication was via text messages since Tracey never answered my calls. I am glad this was the case so I have the conversation saved as evidence. The conversation posted at the end of the review. She came to my home and gave me quote on site and we signed a contract to remove a pool. While at my home she had her team measure my attic to remove old insulation. We had not agreed on the attic job yet since she needed to put a quote together first. The following few days I tried to reach her multiple times by phone, but no answer. So I started texting her. She ignores most of my text messages for days. Days later, she responded timely when I told her that I will share my experience with Homeadvisor. I will put the full chat conversation here for everyone to see and judge. Observe the dates of when she responds. I have the contract signed by Tracey in case she claims that this is not true. As of today April 25th, 2021 she has not started the job that was supposed to start bu April 12 per the signed contract. Mar 19 Hello Tracey. I have been trying to reach you complete the paperwork of the pool removal job and to get the attic job quote. Please give me a call when you can to get the projects moving. Thanks Mar 22 Hello Tracey. I just called your cell a minute ago and left you a voicemail. I want to know if we are proceeding with the pool removal project or not. And if yes what are the next steps. Thanks. Tracey: Sorry, im in a class right now.
Regal did no work for Emily and her husband Mohammed who posted below. The customer was not happy as Regal declined to do the work they had asked for because the customer had asbestos and made the asbestos friable trying to do the work themselves first. It would be a hazard to their children, Regal workers, and to the neighbors. The customer was very rude and bossy with Regal employees who came to see their project.

And if yes what are the next steps. Thanks. Tracey: Sorry, im in a class right now. We can proceed with the pool and give you a date on our schedule only if 50% deposit is given. The 200 deposit you offered will not work as we put a large bond on the project w the city. (the bond is larger than our contract amount). And we pay for permits as well. Me: Ok... I understand. I agree to pay the requested 50% deposit. I have the check ready for you. How do you want to collect the check? You can either pick it up if you are near by or I can mail it to your office. Tracey: I can come tomorrow, I have a project in Rochester to look at tomorrow Me: Ok... it will be ready for you. About the attic job. Do you have a quote for that job yet? Mar 23 Tracey: I can be at your house at 11am. Will that work? Me: Yes, 11 am is good. Tracey: Sorry I just saw your text. I changed my path, im in ann arbor right now. Me: Ok... when can you pick it up? Is tomorrow good for you? I need to make sure we are sticking to April 12th date. Mar 24 Hello Tracey. Following up. When will you pick up the check? Mar 25 Hello Tracey. When will you pick the check up? Please let me know if you are committed to this project and how to move forward. Mar 26 Hello Tracey. Since you dont want to commit to this project, Ill let home advisor know that it is cancelled and Ill share with them the documentation and the history for their reference and rating usage, and to eliminate any liability on either sides. Thank you. Tracey: Ok, this is part of why I cant do your project. You have this notion that everyone has to do what you say and a thing about suing and threatening to destroy others. Future word of advice...you cant dictate contractors contract terms by disputing the price, telling how much deposit, adding in things like 48 hr notice to cancel. At the end of the day you are a customer and definitely not the boss of the contractor. Me: We agreed on a price and the terms of the project (including the deposit and the cancellation terms). We both signed this agreement in a binding contract. I am not sure how business is done other than agreeing and executing. What you did here is you signed an agreement then you did not execute. And you call that professional?? Later you promised to come pick up the check and never did. You could have just simply said I dont want the project (pool removal) rather than wasting my time unnecessarily. Note: Max character reached. I removed some text to be able to fit more the significant details. I posted review on google she responded...
Project: Demolish and remove in-ground pool. Tracey came out and met with me and gave us a great quote, far lower than anyone else. The workman showed up to do the demo and kept us informed what they were doing that day. After the pool was completely removed they completely removed all debris and cleaned up. I would recommend them to anyone. Great company and great people.
They did a great job demoing my home and removing trees on the property an working with the neighbors taking the tree wood for lumber an fire wood.
