The installation team was great, super nice guy but the overall cost was way too high, I agreed to knock this project out quick since we just moved in. I?d hire the installer again, but I?d never recommend someone paying what we did, and that was after negotiation! Trim is rough, but to make this right I?ll need to replace door casings, also had to replace trim around my stairs to make it right as well. Not saying the company is bad, just way too overpriced for what they do.

Refloor they really care about the customer. Kristi from refloor kept in touch every step of the way by calling to see how things were going and see if I had any questions, she was so friendly and nice and the two people Jami and Vince was so nice and they really cared about how thier work was if they ran into something that was not going right they did everything to make it right ,they would not leave it until it was. They were great. Over all experience I give them 5 stars

Did great job explaining, very friendly, instalation team was amazing. Price increase the day they came to house is my only complaint. Floors loon great and they have a great guarantee

Refloor is extremely organized and professional. Their communication alone was 5 stars. They were extremely patient, answered all of my questions and my floors turned out beautiful. They moved all of my furniture, installed the flooring, cleaned up and put all of my furniture back. They were over the top friendly and confident. I would definitely recommend Refloor!
