Red Dog's Roofing meet all my expectations regarding the re-roofing of my house. They used top notch materials (Owens Corning)and came in as the lowest bid of the 3 roofers I had give me estimates. They also provided more plywood sheeting (8) for fixing bad spots than the other two companies that offered either 2 or 4 sheets (each additional sheet costing about $50 if needed). They completed the job in two days as promised and the crew did a great job of cleaning up when they were done.

Recently moved to the southwest FL area, where we purchased a house with a roof that needed replaced. I originally planned to do the work myself, but quickly found that rules and regulations would probably cause more issues than it was worth, so we looked for a licensed contractor to work with. We spoke with several contractors, including Red Dogs. Some contractors gave lower bids, but also did not include items or were vague in their outlines of what work was to be done. Red Dogs rep took his time and described the work that would be done, along with pointing out differences between their company and others, showing us why some contractors can give such lower bids. He also explained why their products and processes provide for a better overall experience and final product than others. Any concerns that we brought up were prior to the start were included in the contract along with options for other variables that might be encountered during the roofing job. We also spoke with the rep, Barry, several times about concerns and with questions. Each time, he was quick to respond and quite happy to address these. The price we were quoted was in line with and slightly lower than several other bids. Due to this, and the extra time and efforts given to ensure as many possible problems as could be foreseen were address and outlined in the contract, we chose to use Red Dogs. Once the contract was signed, we were quickly contacted to verify items, let us know where we were on their schedule and contacted several times to update us the status, including taking care of required permits. One week after signing the contract, we had one of their crews on site and starting the project. Prior to this, a wheeled trailer dumpster was delivered to our house. I mention this, because this is also something Red Dogs does differently. Most contractors would just have a metal dumpster dropped on the owner's concrete driveway, risking the possibility of marking or cracking the concrete under it. The wheeled trailer avoids this. I also met with Jacob, who oversaw our project and worked closely with us to make sure all was done and handled properly. The crew worked hard and professionally over the next few days. There were a couple issues that we encountered. Jacob worked with us to make sure these were addressed and the best possible solutions and product were the end result. Once the crew had finished, Jacob stopped to verify everything done was to our satisfaction. He stayed in contact with us through the entire project and went out of his way to answer all questions and concerns. The final product looks great. There was a lot of work that was required, both known and unknown once the old roof was removed. These were all handled efficiently and quickly by Jacob and the crew. We are quite pleased and highly recommend them to anyone with roof issues. This company is not a "fly by night" company that is "here today, gone tomorrow", promising a lower bid and eventually leaving you with a substandard product and warranty. The roof is the part of your house that protects everything you have under it. This is why we chose to go with Red Dogs, due to other customer ratings and their customer service. If we ever need to install another roof or if anyone asks us who we would recommend for their roofing issues, we definitely will say Red Dogs Roofing.

The field supervisor stopped by everyday to address any concerns i might have.

They scheduled our roof replacement quickly (we had a leak), they came when they said, got the job done in about 2 days! Stipped and replaced. Seems like they have cleaned up the yard as they promised as well

Reasonable price, great service. Outstanding crew showed up when scheduled, worked hard, and finished in one day. Will use again when a new metal roof is needed.
