I called Rick on Friday at 6:40am on a whim and he answered. He had a tech out to me by 11 am. I couldn’t believe it. The tech that came to me, was the most sincere and truthful person ever. They had to order parts and they actually got them over the weekend and another tech is here right now installing them. This tech is the same exact demeanor. Greatest group of guys possible. Not a bad bone in them. I will utilize there services and recommend them to anyone. Hands down great group of people.

What a concept. Rick gave me an accurate quote. Showed up on time. did the repair. Showed me how to maintain the generator myself. Charged me what the quote was and was finished in about an hour. All repair services should try to be this good. He even seemed happy to be working!!!

It was this Christmas eve during a storm and we lost power. I started up my emergency generator and it was working just fine. As the night wore on the generator started to loose power and after about an hour finally stopped generating power. I have two sump pumps that keep my basement from flooding as water levels rise from beneath and 3 refrigerators and a freezer full of food. I was aware that the upcoming New Years eve should be stormy as well, therefore getting the generator up and running was a priority. I called numerous companies that claim to service and repair generators although until I reached Rick at Raw Power none actually did repairs. Rick came to the rescue and my priority became his priority. He scheduled the repair the very next day. On the scheduled day he called to let me know he would be at my house an hour early. He is a total professional that goes the extra mile we so frequently hear about but seldom see. Once at the house he quickly analyzed the problem. Since he didn't have the required part, he found a store that had it, left to get it and promptly returned to complete the repair. There were no surprises as he was completely up front as to the costs. He even spent extra time with me reviewing how to run and maintain my generator, as well as, proper electrical connections.

What a great find!! Came to the house, took care of our generator issue, showed my husband how to make sure it didn't happen again. Stand up guy!!!

Prices were reasonable, they came out to pick up the generator and brought it back when finished, returned when they said.

Mr. Rick Wagner is a real expert. I had three so called experts in standby generator repairs and they could not make the unit operational, even though they replaced every part that they thought was the problem. After several trial and error efforts replacing several parts, they could not identify the problem and told me that the unit could not be repaired. The interesting thing was that they were supposedly trained experts on Briggs and Stratton generators. Their recommendation was to buy a new unit. Mr. Wagner not only identified the problem within an hour of coming and seeing the unit but after ordering the parts made the unit operational within two hours. I would highly recommend him. Dependable, honest and very professional. It was very difficult to find someone to come to my home to repair my portable generator.
