Haven came to my home and checked out my Mac and ended up ordering a new SSD and more memory to upgrade it from 8GB to 32GB memory. I cannot believe how much better my computer is running. It used to take 10 minutes just to log in to my Mac and now it’s around 30 seconds. I was so impressed I even had him upgrade my old Mac and it runs better than it ever did. He was so friendly and made me feel at ease working on my computers. I will never hire anyone else to do anything computer or tech related again. Best idea! Everything works! I had every technology glitch in my house that I had been putting up with corrected- every tv and cable remote synched, internet speed increased in all areas of the house and pool area , computer software/hardware updated, printer connected.
