I signed a contract in Feb, . 2021 for a roof. I was told that they could install my roof in June 2021. I agreed to wait for them to install roof. They gave me a contact with a price of 7912.00 to do the roof. The first week in June I was called that they could not get the roof color needed and asked if I would agree to a new color. I said no due to I am only allowed colors due to architectural restrictions. I was told it would take nine months to get the color I need for my roof. I was also told I would have to pay 900.00 dollars more for a job that would be done in the time frame that asked for, I feel this company is dishonest and is using Covid as a excuse to raise prices. I hired a new roofer and my roof will be installed within a week with the color I need, I would not recommend this company due to dishonest pricing.

Professional, knowledgeable Responsive and kept us informed on arrival time. They knew what shingles were on our roof and brought extras in case we needed a repair. Impressive!

Randy Counts is one of the best. After my neighbor saw his work she used him too. I put him in our neighborhood recommended service directory. My neighbor and I both received many compliments on our roofs.

Randy, did great job, roof looks great! I had to get estimates for roof warrantee claim. Randy's estimate was the lowest in the Oxford/The Villages area. Willing to come back if mold/mildew not removed first time......Val in office was also great....kept me informed on scheduling.....

The roof really looks great and there was no mess when he finished. I should have done this a year ago.
