It has been a month since they said they would install a new fan (our old one is already going bad after a few years- so this is warranty work).. They have since ignored all phone calls and text messages (and the business voicemail is FULL). There is no way to get ahold of these people..

The install team performed the work as promised in a timely and efficient manner. They did a good job keeping the system unobtrusive and looking good. The radon has gone down from a high of 12 to about 2 in a couple days. I'm happy!
