Hope Davidson performed the semi-annual inspection of my 4 ton package unit. She was friendly and professional, and took time to not only explain things to me , but invite me to look at an inside the unit to observe problems she had found and corrected. Excellent job.

I could give this company zero, one star is too much for them. They got paid 7k deposit and then they vanished without completing the inspection. Zero customer service and they don't even answer their phones. The sale man ghosted and now I am stuck with everything but they did send me a link to pay the rest of the money. This company wouldn't provide you with any paid invoice neither the pictures of the water heather installation and the new thermostat which raise too many questions related to taxes, quality of service and warranty. It has been more than 3 weeks and the work isn't done yet, they failed the inspection because of their lousy job. What a shame !! I wouldn't recommend this company but I should blame home depot for doing business with this bad company RS Andrews of tidewater.
