Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain as well! Came on a Saturday at 7:30, even after several service calls prior to me. Very polite and notified me of his schedule and estimated time of arrival.

Richard is very good at communicating with his client (me). He reviewed what was needed, how long it would take and what it would cost, and he was spot-on on all three. He even works on weekends. The clincher: he and his crew worked in my attic and outside from to complete an A/C installation in one day when the temperature outside was 96 and in the attic was 140 degrees. He did not want to leave until we had working A/C. I would HIGHLY recommend RC H&C

RIchard explained everything he did to service my Central AC unit so I knew what was going on. He explained what they look for and that our system was up to par. He was very outgoing.

They communicated with me very well; making sure I understood everything and answering any questions I needed answered. 2. They were honest with me. 3. They worked very clean. There weren't any messes to be cleaned up. Being a widow I felt very safe and comfortable having them in my home.

Removed my old heating oil tank (have natural gas). Did a great job.
