Robert was wonderful to work with! He listened to my concerns and gave recommendations before he came out. When he came and assessed the situation, he was very thorough in checking and explaining. I decided to have the testing done even though there was no definitive evidence of mold; the test was done the same day Robert came out, the results were received quickly, and I received a very complete explanation of what was found (or wasn't found in this case.) Robert is an honest professional who takes the time to work with you and makes sure you're comfortable with what he does and understand all the steps along the way.

Robert was great. He went above and beyond to diagnose our problem. If you think you may have a problem donÂ’t think twice just call him. After his examination he will take his time and explain what may or may not be going on in your home. He truly is one of the good guys. Robert is the owner-operator of this company so you know you are getting the boss when he comes.
