Horrible service. Although the product defects do not reflect the company, the follow up and customer service were HORRIBLE! The owner, Donald, accused me of "squeaking" because I questioned things. Also, I was accused of having them come out to my house for NO Reason! I spent about $12,000.00 for mini splits and a hybrid hot water heater in the fall of 2022. Sensors have repeatedly been defective on the mini splits. Once again, not the owner's fault, HOWEVER, POOR follow up. Then the annual cleaning was due and I was quoted a price. Upon completion, I was charged $60.00 MORE for the can of cleaner! That should have been part of the original quote, as my husband had been diagnosed with a terminal illness since all this and we are on a fixed budget! NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! As of this review, I have been told that I will be refunded the $60.00 for the can of cleaner........holding my breath!

Very professional service. Customer service was nice and did their best to send out a maintenance professional ASAP. Maintenance professional came the next day and fixed the problem. Most contractors would have tried to swindle me - shown up late, probably not fix the problem, and then charge me an offensively high price. Well, those guys wouldn't be getting my business back. "Turn and burn" I call it. Quiet Corners Mechanical provides what I expect from an American business - good service at a good price. They will continue to receive my business and I highly recommend them for your needs.

We used this company to install an A/C unit. We thought all was fine after install, until a few days after running the A/C we noticed that our ceiling in the hallway was showing a water leak (directly underneath where A/C unit was in attic). It took 4 attempts by the company (and 4 different techs) to finally fix the leaks from the A/C unit... all which could have been avoided if they had sent out an experienced tech the first time when installing the unit. They also said they would fix the water damage to the ceiling by sending a painter, & never did. We placed several calls to them regarding this.. Will never use this company again, buyer beware!!! Definitely do not recommend this company.

Donald did not oversee the crew he sent. They cut holes in the floor that were not needed and did not properly repair them. I also had to watch every step they took because they tried to cut corners every chance they had. I had issues after the install was done and after the third time they came out to fix them I had to hire another contractor to solve the problem. Too many issues to list.

Response from Company:

We started this job and discussed with the homeowner where the ducts were going to be placed up to the second floor. We only had 1 place which was a closet that we could go through which was authorized by the customer. After starting the customer changed their mind and did not want to run a return to the second floor. Everytime the customer had a problem we responded promptly. The job was inspected by the town and approved. Heat/Cool loss was done. When we were there everything was operating correctly.

Over charged me for an ac repair then oil leaked out of dons truck on my brand new driveway ( i have it on camera ) when i called him to tell him he instantly denied it . When i said i have cameras everywhere he then changed his tune and said he needed to see that and also the oil - called him as requested 5 days later - left voicemail - no response . Im still waiting

We arrived at the customer house to replace a control board. Two days after we left, the customer called and said we left oil on the driveway. We don not have any oil on the back of our truck. When we were there the landscapers had oil all over their mowers. To make sure that my truck did not have any leaks I brought it in to a local dealership to make sure there was nothing leaking. The truck is a new 2018 and they found no leaks.

John was awesome. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I had previously had some repairs done to my central air system by another company. That result was not up to my expectations. John from Quiet Corners came out, accurately diagnosed my problem, and came out within a week to install a new condenser. We now have cool air in our house. They also work with American Home Shield, which covered most of the cost of the repairs. Great Experience!!! I highly recommend them..

The two men that came to install the units were great! Their attention to detail, and thoroughness was amazing. They were open to discussing different ways to install line sets, etc. This is not typical of most contractors. In fact they were checking in with me frequently to ensure I was happy with the way the job was going. My only complaint would be that the owner's communication was spotty after signing the contract. I received a bill to pay for the system, but it was not yet installed or even scheduled. After several messages without response from the owner I contacted the finance company to put a freeze on the account as I was concerned I had not heard from him. I received a call from Don 2 days later scheduling the install for the following week. During that discussion he did mention he was out of town for the last two weeks in a poor cell phone reception area. This very well might have been the case, but a heads up to me would have been nice. I was initially told 2-3 weeks from date of signing contract. It was a month later without communication. It could have all been a misunderstanding, either way Don was pleasant to deal with, and stuck to his bid. I am happy with the process and install and would encourage anyone to utilize quiet corner mechanical for their HVAC needs.
