Beginning with the initial contact to the finished job, Jeremiah, my sales contact, and office staff were very informative. The crew finished and cleaned up the job in 2 days. Jeremiah followed-up during the roof replacement with phone calls and texts. Upon completion of the roof installation, he visited my home to check the outside perimeter for debris and to also confirm my satisfaction with the job. Thank you for a job well done.

Job was done great and efficiently. We had damage from the hurricane so we did have to wait a month before they could come out and get the job done, but the office staff, Samantha, did a great job keeping us updated as the scheduled date approached. Jeremiah our main point of contact was awesome. He answered any of our questions and was very professional.

Outstanding experience all around by the professionals at Quantum Roofing. Jared was friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the roof replacement options, the process, and providing quotes for several options. Summer rains caused a few scheduling delays, but that was to be expected and the scheduler did a great job keeping us informed. On the day of the work, Kyle and Saul arrived on time with the rest of the crew and they kept us informed of their progress throughout the day, finishing just as the sun was going down. Jared then stopped by the next day to do a final inspection of the work. I highly recommend Quantum Roofing.

I'll never forget the day Scott from Quantum Roofing came to my door. He knew I needed help, but I was too nervous about financing and taking the leap. When he showed me all of the qualifications, top notch products, workmanship guarantees, showed me an affordable option, and walked me through their process, I thought it was too good to be true. And, they are! These guys got me on the schedule, showed up at my house at first light, had the roof off, repaired, and reincarnated before I got the kids home from school. There was no sign they had been there. Not a tire track, not a shingle, not even a nail. She looks great and I can't thank you enough! What a blessing!
