Quantum stood out during the quoting process because of Josh. He educated us on the component options for our roofing system and worked with us after his visit so we could design the best roof for us. We liked having options. Brian followed up before, during, and after the work started to be sure we received the supplies and checked on me during the process. Nick, the site project manager, arrived before the roofing team to deliver the debris trailer, assess the site, and address any of my questions and concerns. He stayed on site as the team set up and was available all day by phone. The roofing team, worked very efficiently and cleaned up as they worked. This is the biggest job we have ever had done on the house and they did a fantastic job keeping it organized. They have been one of the most respectful team of people we have ever had working around our property. I can't even get my grass guy to be as mindful of my plants! My new roof is beautiful. My roof was damaged due to hurricane Helene. By the time we had Quantum out to get a quote we had seen many roofers, all of whom wanted to see the insurance docs and quoted us prices based on that. Besides the fact that Jeremiah was very informative and personable, I was really sold when he said at quantum we give you the same price with or without insurance. I really appreciated that transparency in cost. Due to the schedule being full we had quite a few weeks to wait before they came out and Samantha did a great job keeping me updated. The morning of the job she was very responsive to me via text and actually took my husband's number so she could talk to him (he had concerns and was the one at home). By the time I was having lunch at work my husband texted me saying they were done and just cleaning up! They did a great job picking up nails and debris, and the roof looks and functions great! I recommend quantum to anyone needing a new roof!!

Quantum roofing is a great and dependable company. Work output is outstanding and price is reasonable. They did my roof in one day with a supervisor on the spot the whole time to give me details and issues they find. They protected(covered) the plants around the house before they started. An hour prior to finish, one goes down to clean up, went around the house 4 times with his wheeled magnet, to this day i can say i only found 13 nails he missed, out of 2000😊. Recently (2 years later), Jeremiah did a thorough follow up inspection to make sure everything is good. As expected, no issues found. He offered and did spray the big wasp nest while he was up there.. pro bono!!😊😊 I 100% QUANTUM ROFING!!!!

Quantam had great customer service and a professional installation crew. They were the most expensive quote, but that came with top end materials and a 25 year warranty for any issues. We’ve spent the last four years losing shingles every time a storm came through, so we were willing to pay for that kind of assurance.

The Quantum Roofing Team provided excellent service and advice to repair a badly damaged section of my Roof due to a fallen tree limb from a storm. They were able to source the exact shingles my roof has, and the repair team did a state-of-the-art repair including replacing the shattered OSB base boarding. I highly recommend Quantum Roofing for all roofing repairs.

Great service all around. Metal roof (looks like slate) looks amazing. Any problems that came up were handled quickly and to our satisfaction. Would heartily reccommend.
