Pure Water Source

I chose a complete system to address several problems with my wellwater: hardness, bacteria (not pathogens, but unpalatable), rust and sulphur odor. From the initial testing to consultation, installation, and trouble shooting, Pure Water Source provided great communication, timely/capable/friendly installation, a competitive price, and very fast turnaround when I had questions. I'm very happy with the results, and highly recommend this company.

The work was completed as scheduled and very professionally. The installer went out of his way to make maintenance easier and conscientious about the whole house needs. I was very happy with his work.

They installed our water softener promptly and efficiently. They have recommended we upgrade to include carbon filter due how bad our water was. Excellence service would recommend to anyone

Our water is hard and I stressed that to our estimator (salesman). We also have a 4-6 family household and 3 1/2 baths. Everything says 64000 capacity softener. We were assured the 24000 would suffice and get the job done. We put in a brand new bathroom. We have 1 person using it and have had company over the holidays where another has for 2 weeks. We clean weekly but see the pictures because the remodeling person who uses the same and recommended Pure Water Source says this shouldn?t be happening. I told them once the system wasn?t working properly but they said absolutely nothing wrong. Does this hard water spots look like soft water? How about that meter?

Professional installation however they donâ t provide the salt to start you off. $4000..00 and they donâ t provide $50.00 with of saltâ ¦would be better customer service if they did

Joe, the sales manager contacted me immediately off of Angieâ s list. He worked out a time schedule to come when my husband was home. When he walked into the house he immediately went to work testing the water. We discussed what was going on and he reassured me that he was they were gonna solve my problem and I must say they did, Iâ m very confident now I can drink my water. My water had bacteria in it that even though it was acceptable it was not acceptable for me to drink. Now I can. My water is free of rust I did have a small issue and they responded immediately which was corrected. The people to work with are very pleasant , friendly and knowledgeable Iâ m extremely happy that I chose Purewater. Iâ m also happy that they are not too far away from me.

First thing these guys told me was what I DIDN"T need! so grateful for the true honesty. followed by what I DID need. Took the stink out of my well water and went above and beyond to be sure I had the right system in place. After a year "something failed and they were right on top of fixing it under warranty. They aren"t a "franchise we got ya" kind of company, Priced fair and knowledgeable. Workmanship is clean an professional layout of equipment. Totally recommend them.

I can't rate the quality of work or value for money because they didn't have to do any repairs. They saw the problem and showed me how to easily fix it myself. Something no one does these days. I was very grateful for that!
