I was able to communicate easily with Punchlist and I was very happy with the prompt completion of the repair project.

This is the 2nd time I used Punchlist from Fairfield. The contractor and customer collaboration resulted in a project that has exceeded my expectations. They renovated my screened-in porch with new flooring, frames and screens. The owner stopped by every day to make sure the job was done to his and to my satisfaction. It's a nice feeling not to worry how the project will turn out - with Punchlist in charge it's always perfect!

Having owned a home for many years, I worked with several contractors but was never really satisfied with them . Then a friend recommended Punchlist . After working with them on a new deck, I can now say my search for an excellent contractor is over and I will be calling them from now on for all home projects!

They are very easy to communicate. They replied to my question very quickly. They plan their job perfectly step by step. They keep up their projects on time. They do their job very detail and very professional.

I had a major project to replace the aged logs on my wooden deck. I got connected with Tom from Punchlist through Homeadvisor. I got couple of contractors to come in and advise me on how to proceed, and give me a quote. I was impressed by Tom's responsiveness, and how he approached the problem. He gave the advise which was right for me. So, I felt I can trust him, and he proved that with the excellent follow through on the project. He was professional through and through, worked with me on aligning around my schedule. As we got closer to the project, he constantly communicated with me making me aware of when he purchased inventory for me, even sent me the pictures of the wood that he purchased for me. The weather leading up to the project turned rainy, Tom had my best interest in mind. Instead of storing the wood under my deck as originally planned, he created space in his warehouse and even put a fan to keep the wood dry. The work started on exactly the day as planned, was very professionally done, and was done quickly in 2 days. His guys took care of the cleaning and disposing off the waste. While doing the work, they were responsive to feedback, and very flexible to make sure that I am a satisfied customer. Before sending me the final invoice, Tom made sure that I am satisfied with the work. This has been my best experience working with a contractor Tom will be my go to person for my next home project, I highly recommend him and his team
