Pueblo Lawn Cop is knowledgeable, friendly and gets the job done. They fixed a break in our system and had us back up and running in just a short time. Fair billing. Josh and helper did a great job. We use this company over and over again. PS they have a text appointment reminder and updates that are very helpful

I hired Pueblo Lawn Cops to do weekly mowing at my mother's home. The technician that came out weekly was always so attentive to my mother's lawn. It has never looked better.

Horrible experience with this company, they had a simple task and couldn't handle the task. It ended up unnecessarily costing me $140 beyond their fee.

This is the only business for all lawn care in Pueblo. Amazing service, great prices and a lot of available services. If it is anything lawn related, they're my only call. The are even doing permanent and non permanent holiday lighting as well as landscape lighting. From snow removal to sprinklers and EVERYTHING in between, they do it all.

The gentleman came by twice. He didn't have a piece that was needed, said he had to make one and that he would be back. It has been a week and a half and he hasn't shown or called. The work isn't finished.

I do not know which anonymous customer this was, however, if I did not have or could not build a part to blow out the sprinkler system, that is not my fault. I may have missed the customer and allow the customer to fall through the cracks, that would be my fault. The customer could have also call me to follow up. It is not their responsibility, however, it would be the nice thing to do. Everyone forgets.

Don't expect to get a call right away,but once you get the logistics figured out with the company the customer service is good. Was suppose to send an email or phone call on the day the service was performed, but that never happened. Overall good value for the service.

He came to shut the sprinkler system off and we will be having him do more work as agreed - can't comment on what hasn't been done yet.
