I do not know the total for the new furnace installed they contacted my landlord. However everything else was very professional and they cam earlier or on time. They worked around my schedule and told me information i did not know about the house vents.
High quality, fast service, easy to do business with. They took the time to go through my house before making a recommendation for my new A\C units. Made recommendations specific to my house to make sure we picked the right units.
Paid nearly $300 for 30-45 minutes of troubleshooting which the technician said would allow him to find the issue. He could not figure it out. He then said they could just run a new electrical circuit for an additional $700. The technician was friendly but these prices are outrageous. I found someone else to complete the job for a quarter of that. Should have gone with another service from the beginning.
Sir, I am sorry you were not happy with our company. If you review your bank records from February, you will see your card was not charged with our visit with you. So you did not pay anything for the time we were at your home as we were going to deduct the cost of the 1st trip from the cost of the repair. Please remove or edit your comments to reflect that.
