The technician was very professional and was able to answer many of my questions about the condition of my HVAC system that I inherited and its probable lifetime. I sensed that he was being honest and straightforward. Rather than accept his extensive list of possible replacement parts, I opted to have him install the one that he believed to be the most urgent- the capacitor. So far the unit seems to be functioning well.

they got to my home when they said they would. the tec check out my ac unit ,he said i needed a relay he replaced it and the unit ran the same as before. he would not reinstall the old relay even though the new one did not make my unit work. he said the unit was low on coolant how did he know that when the unit would not keep running? i am mad at myself for not speeking up enough when the tec was at my home. he did not give me a bill, I still do not know what i was charged. After my service call a manager called me. We spoke for some time and he agreed with me and give me a credit for the service call. A hired them to install my new AC system. Two men came on a Saturday they worked very well togeather they installed the new system and cleaned up after them self. I am very pleased with there work. The new system works great. And the price was inline with other AC companys.

Protocol Air gave me an offer. I asked others to match. No one can. So I went with Protocol air. Sure enough, they send two guys the next morning with the furnace and installed it professionally. The workmanship was great. Better yet, Protocol Air offered to help apply for rebate for me for the high efficiency system. I have not see the rebate check yet. Will update when get it.

Great company who worked hard to earn my business. I had them replace my broken gas furnace and they were able to provide a very reasonable quote tailored to exactly what I needed. I did have to ask them to come back and replace an union in my gas pipe as the inspection from my utility company found a very minor leak and they took care of that ASAP. Overall, great experience!
