Aaron was great to work with- when something comes up on an inspection, time is always of the essence and Aaron was so quick to respond. He did a great job explaining everything to my buyers and keeping them calm. Would highly recommend Aaron!

My apartment complex was using pressure and scare tactics to prevent me from accessing their mold testing results, and preventing me from getting independent tests done. They almost successed - almost. Mold Solutions of Gainesville were willing to come in on super short notice, went above and beyond, found mold under black light and hidden behind insulation, suggested additional air sampling and had the right instict: they confirmed Stachybotrys on the walls and Chaetomium cross-contamination of all living spaces, results that my apartment complex was trying to hide from me. It's not a cheap service, but I think it was well worth it when dealing with uncooperative landlords. Thank you so much!! I hope I will never need any mold services again, but if I do, I know whom to call now. :)
