Quincey arrived, listened to my issues and went straight to work on inspecting the concerns. He was able to provide an estimate for the work. He was able to unclog 2 drains for me in a relatively short amount of time. He was kind and courteous and did a fantastic job. We will definitely be using Pronto again.

They did a great job bringing out our new water heater with same day service. The price was excellent and Trent and the other guy (missed his name) were pros. Our dog loved them too!

We called Pronto to assess our water heater in January. The technician, Jesse West, came out to our house on January 11 and told us we would need a new one. He showed me the figures for one with a tank - about $6300, and a tankless one - about $7400. Jesse told me I could receive a rebate for the tankless water heater from the gas company. I asked how much and was told about $1400. I said that the tankless water heater would actually cost us less than one with a tank. My husband came into the room and I repeated what Jesse said and he responded in like fashion that we would actually end up spending less for the tankless one. Flash forward four weeks and I received a check for $400 not $1400. I called in to complain and had to repeatedly call to get a response from Jesse's manager, Bobby. When Bobby called I repeated the events surrounding choosing the water heater and he said it was all heresay and there was nothing he was willing to do. I told him he should teach his workers not to tell customers the amount of the rebate and that they should tell customers to research it for themselves before making a decision. He just kept repeating that there was nothing in writing and that I could always get a tax break next year for installing a high efficiency water heater. I repeated that he should tell his men not to tell people the rebate amount. He insisted that some gas companies gave as much as $1400, which is a lie because according to the pa.gov site rebates range from$250 - $500. He then basically called me a LIAR for stating that Jesse told me $1400 because he, Bobby, wasn't present for the conversation. That was the last straw. Remember to get everything in writing with these companies because they will lie to you to get your business.

Pronto Plumbing Camp Hill PA came through for me during an emergency when no one else would! Last Sunday my septic tank alarm went off so I started calling around for emergency service. I found a company who came out to drain the cesspool but he was not able to get the grinder pump operating. He gave me a number to a company experienced in this area. I called this company 3 times and never once did they return my call even though I said it was an emergency on their answering machine. I finally found another company who came out the next day and rewired the connections and they â thoughtâ the grinder pump was operating (but it wasnâ t) so they placed the cap back on and left $450 later. So now my emptied cesspool began filling up again and in two days the tank alarm went off indicating a problem with the grinder pump. Finally I called Pronto Plumbing who I never used before and they sent out â Kevinâ on the same day. This young man knew his stuff and knew what was going on. He quickly determined where the other company went wrong and came up with an appropriate game plan. At this point Iâ m very upset in general over the situation but he hung in there with me until I fully understood the cost and next steps to the project. Kevin has the patience of a saint! Next day Pronto sends â Joshâ and â Codyâ to actually complete the job. These two very personable young men worked very hard to remove the old pump and replace it with a new one. After the job was done Cody knocks on my door to explain how it all works and I really appreciated that. All of this was coordinated through â Dustinâ their General Manager. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them all plus he stayed in touch with me until they located a part and drove the part to my home from York. This guy is a professional and he made me feel he truly cared a lot about resolving this urgent situation. I HIGHLY recommend Pronto Plumbing Camp Hill because they provided me with immediate professional and expert service when no one else would or could. 5 star performance!!!

PRICE GOUGING ON REPAIR QUOTES. Beware, they over inflate the quotes. My well pump was not working so they gave me a quote to replace everything on the outside and the inside of my home. The quote was over $6000 so I decided to call another company to get another quote. The other company (Etnoyer 717-566-8856) came out to my home the very same day and completed the work and handed me an invoice for $500. Watch out for these unscrupulous bandits. RUN FOREST RUN!

Jesse was very prompt due to him filling in for the on call tech Brock. He was courteous and professional. His work was impeccable and outstanding. He didn't accept my tip because apparently Prontois paying him well. If not please do so immediately.
