Gave $10,000 to remove EVERYTHING from an office that was pretty much destroyed by ice damage and water. Constant calls... always an excuse and promise... and here we are today, weeks and weeks later with tenants who have basically been evicted as their belongings and the entire property has been torn apart with no promise it will even be done by the end of this month. Would NEVER recommend this group to anyone who values their time, the relationships they have with their tenants and their hard earned dollars!

I have been so impressed with this companys work ethic, commitment to the customer and overall performance. I just cant say enough good things. Our kitchen had water damage and has to be replaced. Although the project is not completed yet. I have faith that it is going to be the best it could be. De Wayne Lambert is a one of a kind contractor and will be doing more work for us after this project. He is fair, kind and considerate of the customes situation and tries very hard to keep their lives as normal as possible while they do the project. I feel blessed that we have him to do projects at our house. Pam and Winston Boggs

I regret I have to change my review, however, while satisfied with the water restoration, the remodeling never happened. I was put off for one reason or another. I ended up having to get someone else to finish the project. It would have been better to just tell me in the beginning there was no manpower to proceed with the work instead of wasting 3 to 4 weeks of my precious time, esp. in light of the fact I didn't have a kitchen!

Yes we did not do the reconstruction. WE were in the process of doing additional quotes for additional work, however, the client was working with her own Kitchen cabinet company that was slowing everything down. Well I guess we got caught up in her dealings with her cabinet guys and decided it was our fault. We would never do these things and we had plenty of man power that was qualified to perform all aspects of this particular reconstruction.

They built a deck on ground with footers for a flip of mine and did a great job. Their price was extremely reasonable. Only issue was one of their laborers tended to be late and work ran a day over.
