I reached out online to ask for help finding a good roof repair and a friend Holly reached out with information for her company so I contacted them and Mr. Tim M came out and assessed everything and even cleaned out a section of my gutter i didn't know was clogged which I appreciated as its hard for me to get up there. He has answered all my questions and done a great job. Mrs. Amanda in the office has also been so helpful walking me through everything and also answering my questions. My claim is still going put the team at Professional roofing has done a great job and i would recommend them to anyone in need of roof care

Someone from Professional Roofing Solutions stopped by one day and told us we might have roof damage from hail and wind storms. We now have two new roofs covered by our insurance. We just pay our deductible. A driver also hit our mailbox. Professional Roofing covered the cost completely and sent us a $50 gift card for Meijer on top of it. A tree fell on our roof causing damage to the roof and to one of the trusses that support it. The insurance company was acting in what I can only call bad faith, trying to wear us down to accept less than 10% of what we were due. Professional Roofing Solutions fought them on our behalf for 7 months, came to our home every time the insurer sent a different adjuster (which happened 4 times), and ended up getting the insurance company to pay for all the necessary repairs. The repairs were performed quickly and are flawless, the crew took pictures at every step of the process and those were made available to me in their website so I know exactly what was done and how. All throughout the process every single person with whom I dealt was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The quality of the work is such that neighbors came to look at the final result! I would recommend nobody else!

Thanks to the Roofing Solutions team I had very little stress. They were here when Insurance adjuster was here to help navigate the process. Making it seem very easy. They had more than just a roof to repair but also a ceiling and room inside to do. Everyone was polite and professional. I will steer friends and family there way. I have already showed off their work. Room is beautiful.

They were Amazing from beginning to end. They did the tear off and the New Roof. I also had my old Awning removed and the roof extended out. It came out Fantastic 𠤩! The Foreman Randy who ran it and did my Awning was Wonderful and his Crew was the same. They worked very hard and even until 9:00 p.m. The Clean Up was Awesome! I cannot say one negative thing!
