You can't go wrong if you are lucky enough to get Manny as your contractor! Unfortunately, I can't recommend Manny more highly than a 5! He was that good! We had to replace an in-law apartment kitchen due to water/mold damage, and Manny installed insulation, drywall, new kitchen cabinets/hardware, did some tile repair, moved some electrical and painted the kitchen and adjacent areas. (We had previously hired another contractor to conduct the mold remediation since we were fighting with our insurance to cover the cost - so we had to wait awhile to actually conduct the rebuild...I think Manny would've been capable of doing the entire project, though.) They even had to do a little stain work on the cabinets since a few side panels were improperly ordered (by the Home Depot kitchen designer that we worked directly with - Manny was not involved) without a finished side. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, and even suggested a few additional touches that improved on our original design. They finished the project in the time they said they were going to do it, for the budget agreed upon. In fact, the paint color we had picked out was only available in the most expensive paint (we had used it in our upstairs den and knew we liked it...but did not remember that it was expensive), and when Manny realized this was the case, he didn't balk. He even had to go to a different store than his normal supply store to get the paint. Most contractors would've charged extra, but Manny just took it in his stride. We had ordered the handles from Amazon, and 3 of the handles were late to arrive. Manny told me not to worry...that if I just called when I received them, he would drop over to install them. Again, the easy answer would've been to charge me extra for extra service (it wasn't his fault the materials were not there in time), but he never even looked cross or annoyed about it. I've never had the pleasure of working with a more agreeable, kind and honest contractor. Manny was always available by phone, text or email - promptly answering any questions I had as we went through the project. They paid attention to every little detail and I truly couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the professionalism displayed. You can be sure I will not lose his contact info! We had some damage due to an overflowing A/C unit in our attic. The first few contractors we spoke to were miles away from what insurance was willing to pay, and weren't willing to work with our insurance to try and find a solution. Manny at PCS immediately began working with my insurance company, and within two days I had my insurance company calling me to tell me that they would increase their coverage to what Manny would charge and that the check was in the mail -- without myself ever having to make a call. When it came time to do the work, Manny and his team were prompt and finished the job in half the time we had expected. In particular, his team had to replace a part of a textured ceiling, and the repairs matched perfectly to the rest of the ceiling. I hope I never have to make another insurance claim, but I know who I'll call for my contractor if I ever have to. I wholeheartedly recommend Manny and the team at PCS.

Although the job is not complete, our experience to date has been very positive. Manny is prompt, thorough and entirely professional.

Manny was very helpful from the start. He has a wealth of experience and know-how and was very patient with me as I was trying decide what route to take for my renovation.

We were very pleased with the job done by Professional Construction Services. The price for the job was on target. Everything happened on time, within budget, and was done perfectly. If Manny noticed any problems along the way, he would point them out and have a solution in hand. His manner was very personable as well as professional so we felt comfortable having him do the work. We would definitely hire him for any future jobs. Again, Service Magic has come through for us.

Manny was excellent. Always on time and he did a great job. Very curtious, and pleasant. He works very hard and came in the evening when needed so he can complete the job as promised. Price was reasonable too. Very knowledgable, I felt very comfortable that he would do a good job for me. My suggestion would be to look over his helper alittle closer as he made some blunders which could have been avoided. He was alittle sloppy but I think it was due to not enough experience. It was nothing that couldn't be fixed but just not what I expected from him.
