This company did a very professional job, the crew was very courteous, and he did it at a price we considered to be very fair...quite a bit below other estimates. We will definitely use Richard with Protect Painters in the future and will recommend him to others.

We were prepared to have the first floor of our home painted, but were put in a very difficult situation by another painter. We had all the furniture moved away from the walls, removed all pictures, switch and outlet covers, etc., then the other painters told us that they weren't going to do the job and almost ran off with my down payment. Our house was in an unlivable condition, and I needed a new painter fast. I called ProTect on a Monday afternoon, and Richard came to quote the job the next morning. I was afraid that he would take advantage of our situation by inflating the price, but he proved to be quite the reasonable, friendly, and professional gentleman. He thoroughly measured our rooms, tallied the results on his tablet computer, and I braced myself for the number. I was shocked when he told me it was a mere 60% of other quotes I had received, that it would only take two days, and that his crew will start tomorrow. His crew of four showed up on-time the next morning and began the covering of furniture, taping, and cutting in with brushes. They worked together like a well-oiled machine - everyone knowing their role, and never was anyone standing around wondering what to do. They also had no problems helping me with the removal and replacement of items that I could not do - such as large wall-mounted TVs and some sculptures - which, as far as I'm concerned, is beyond their scope of work. As promised, they wrapped up the work in two days. With a smile on my face, I tipped the crew and shared a beer with them all. Not only would I recommend them, they will certainly be getting a call from us when we get the second floor painted.

Richard and his team made this a painless project. I have had a lot of work done to my house and this was by far the easiest project. Workers were on time, did excellent work. Richard inspected and confirm that I was happen with the results. Work was completed ahead of schedule and not a penny above the agreed price. I would definitely use Protect Painters again and recommend them to family and friends. Very professional and dependable.
