I hired Brandon to cut my Mother's lawn and he did a good job. I asked him to continue every two weeks. While the experience was very positive, I feel a little reluctant to score the customer service too high based on a single visit, but everything looks great so far.

Trimmed out dead and dying limbs from very old and large silver maples with no problems and hauled all away in one day. Also donated good wood trimmed out to a church which picked up next day. PQPM is my go to tree trimmer from now on.

For such a young business person Brandon Turner is very professional. He has excellent customer service skills. Kept me informed prior to arrival and followed up wth me at the end of the job. He and his crew did a great job at a really good price compared to other estimates. I will use him again and would recommend him to others.

Brandon and I made an appointment several days ago for him to mow my grass after 4 pm today. He called me today about lunch time, saying that he was on another job and couldn't make it. Note: I have a small yard and I want the back yard grass to be bagged so my dogs won't bring it in the house. This company does not have a push mower or any kind of mower that bags. He was planning on using my bagging mower, but the price he was charging stayed the same, and his price was higher than other companies' to start with. I hired another company.

I'm sorry it did not work out, but you should not lie on my business. I called and asked if we could reschedule for friday because i was doing an unexpected emergency roof repair in Harrisonburg and you said you really wanted it done so i said that i was going to be there at 4:30 pm thursday and we would negotiate the price. You called back and told me not to worry about it that you found someone else, I'm sorry I was going to be a little late.
