First time I contacted them, it took me three calls to get a return call. Then the man who called was surly and clearly not interested in my business. However, I was at a restaurant waiting for a table and heard someone (others awaiting a table) talking about their experience with Pro-Lift. I asked them politely to ask them about their experience telling them I was shopping for installers. They had so mnay great things to say about Pro-Lift, I decided to give them another chance. I'm glad I did. They ARE on the very high end compared to other installers providing an estimate. BUT... they were punctual, neat and tidy and professional. Did a good job with installing my new doors, which I bought from them (cheaper than Lowe's or Home Depot, but those places did not install!) and I suspect it all about evened out in the end.

Went to lock from outside and bent key before I got it locked. Tried to unlock door from outside but couldn't without breaking key, so I had to unlock it from the inside of garage.
