I waited a while because they are backed up due to Covid but they were definitely worth the wait. They were precise, quick and extremely detailed. They put two windows in for me (where windows didn't exist before) and covered up a window. They insulated and everything. No painting but that was cool. I was very impressed. Definitely would recommend them and hire them again...and again....and again

Had existing windows replaced. Whole process was easy and price reasonable. All work was done timely. All employees were professional and courteous. Customer service is excellent and kept me up-to-date during the whole process. They also responded promptly to phone calls and when I needed a torn screen replaced after installation.

Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite and treated me like a valued customer. The Salesman, David, was thorough in explaining the product the company offers for my project. Bill coordinated the final measurements and the installation crew. I was not expecting the work to be done until early November. It was done October 21, 2020, weeks early. The installation crew, Ivan and Vito, were clean, professional and installed my six windows in a half day (replacing original windows from 1937 when the house was built). They were very careful of my outdoor plants and interior belongings. They thoroughly cleaned up and replaced the blinds hardware they had to remove to do the job. You'd be hard pressed to know they were even there. They were professional and true craftsmen. I cannot be happier with the quality of the windows or the service provided by ProEdge Remodeling by Custom Built. They are worth every penny I paid and they look so natural. I highly recommend this company and their quality windows to anyone who wants windows to truly last a lifetime, and then some. Home Advisor, Thank You for suggesting this company. I couldn't be more satisfied.

They made the window (bay) the wrong size - somehow more than 18" too big. Waiting for them to re-make it. If it shows up wrong again I will request a refund. It did look decent quality and they are friendly. I have lost significant confidence in their product.

We are very satisfied with Custom-Built. They arrived when they said they would and purchased red aluminum trim to go with the other windows we have instead of using white which the contract called for. \I noticed a couple of holes in two screens after they left and the company send a man out a few days later to replace them.
