I recently had my air ducts cleaned by Pro Air Duct Cleaning, Inc and was extremely impressed. The technicians, were professional, prompt, and thorough. They used specialized high-powered vacuums and explained the entire process as they went. They even showed me before-and-after photos, which made a huge difference in seeing the results. The area was left spotless, and the air quality in my home is noticeably fresher—it’s like the house can finally breathe again. after their thorough cleaning, the difference is night and day. The crew was courteous, and were very respectful of my home. They didn't just clean the vents; they ensured the entire system was running efficiently. Had water leak on main floor that went down floor registers into HVAC ducts. Our insurance company recommended this company and called them. Came next morning. Removed the wet insulation around the main trunk ducts, inspected inside and out for mold, debris. Cleaned the ducts and air handler, rewrapped with new insulation, sprayed with antimicrobial mist to prevent mold. Provided us with photos and updates throughout process so we could assess with them what to do. Communication with all employees in office and onsite very professional and thorough. Cleaned area afterwards great.

We would hire them again. One negative is theyâ re not responsible for a malfunctioning furnace after they clean it!

From scheduling the appointment to having the work done the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They did a great job cleaning the ducts, taking before and after photos and didn't leave a mess behind. I will definitely hire and recommend them in the future.

Lady on the phone named Heidi was courteous, knowledgeble, kind, and patient. She was on point and helped me a lot. Bryce and James came on time and got started efficiently to work. Cleaned everything. All ducts and inside. Everything was super clean when they were done. They also cleaned floors and counters of any debris. They are worth every penny paid. $600 for duct heat system with 21 ducts and doing dryer vent cleaning. Previous owner never cleaned ducts for 12 years. Unbelieveable amount of dust and lints came out but they did their job unflinchingly. I was shocked by the details and hard work they put into their work. Great quality work. Anyone want clean air and good cleaning should hire them. Do not hire other rip off cheap companies. It is time consuming hard work with special equipment. Other guys from company also came to help out in the middle. Everyone was very nice and courteous hard worker. My 12 years old system looked brand new after they were done. The rooms had little weird odor before the cleaning. However the room and air smelled fresh and clean after the cleaning. If I want duct cleaning, they will be my go to company.
