We hired them to build up at landscape beds, trim trees, remove curbing and place PVC edging and fix sprinklers. They did okay with most of the job, but terrible with the sprinklers. We now have two sprinklers broken and others were not even replaced that do not work. Will have to hire someone else. I gave two and half stars because I am fair, but would not recommend them.

I have never met Steve so I really only talk to his wife. I was hired for multiple jobs and yes there was sprinkler work involved. The main issue with the sprinklers as it was told to me was the sprinkler heads next to the street were not watering correctly. The main reason for this issue was the sprinklers had grass roots growing over them so my guys cleaned the grass away from all the sprinkler heads and adjusted the ones that needed to be adjusted. Another issue was water being retained next to the house. The sprinklers were installed with one drip house running through the planting beds and on the same zone pop ups were installed. With a drip system it would take about 2 hours of watering to get enough water on the roots but with the pop ups being on the same zone you cant possibly run them for 2 hours. Also there are sprays in the beds but the shrubs are too high and the sprays are basically useless. Remember, I was hired because there was too much water in the planting beds so my guys turned the sprays way down. If you walked through this customers yard your feet would get soggy and it hasn't rained in 2 plus weeks. She was also upset that we covered the drip lines with the new rock that we put in the planting beds. Well in order for the roots to get any water from the drip system they have to be under the rock not over it. This customer that gave us a bad rating whom I have never met and told his wife I would meet with him to go over the sprinkler system and explain what we did instead decided to write these comments. This is unacceptable but being in a disadvantage we can not stop someone from writing reviews such as this even though it is wrong. Hopefully the next time they hire a service they will give them the opportunity to explain what they did and why they did it.

They provide a lot of services - built nearly 150 feet of custom fence = from scratch and it beautiful, solid, and constructed "right". They WORK !

I hired Pride Lawn Service after I bought a fixer upper across the country and there were way too many projects for my husband and I to take on in the time we had. Pride was in charge of building new fences, tree removal and ripping out the jungle our backyard had turned Into. Not only has all the work they have done been excellent; but the extensive knowledge and tips they asserted into the projects they observed us doing ourselves was invaluable as well. They built our fence the old fashioned way, so it is actually STRONG and LASTS, and it looks beautiful. So happy with the work they have completed, we have hired them for multiple other projects as well. These guys are very well rounded jack of all trades that really care about their clients, keep their job site orderly and clean, and produce excellent results. Thank you Tracey and Chris!
