Prestige Construction & Home Remodeling really did a great job. We have several places needed to be repaired. They completed all the jobs smoothly and professionally. Everything they repaired and replaced looks brand new now. We are really happy with it.

Mike installed brand new custom trim around the entire perimeter of the garage and did an excellent job. He and James caulked and miter cut the pieces and expertly blended the trim with the floor's slope so one can't even see a difference. Start to finish they completed the job in just a few hours--HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Great communication, quick responses, and a determination that the customer is satisfied.

Kept us up to date on when they would be here and any issue that came up (unforeseen). Perhaps cost was a little more but quality work so worth it. Appreciate Mike being upfront and being fair with costs

We needed to repair/rebuild our front deck. Prestige Construction and Home Remodeling were the only contractors who responded to our calls. Mike came out, took a look at our deck, identified a number of problems involving rotted deck boards, and gave us a quote. He and his crew showed up first thing in the morning and began tearing the deck apart. During this process they identified a number of other wood rot issues, increasing the amount of wood that needed to be replaced, and the cost. I do not fault Mike at all on the increased price, and he discussed every issue with me before he did anything. He also made it clear in his estimate that finding additional instances of wood rot would affect the cost, so the increase wasn't a surprise. Overall we are very happy with the work done. Every time they found a new problem, I was informed and they provided options to address the issue. I would recommend them to my friends and when it's time for me to do my next deck, Prestige will get my call.
