Luke made our deck look 1000% times better. We didn’t want to invest in new construction this year. We just needed a couple of boards replaced and the deck restained. He power washed, replaced the boards, sanded, and stained it a darker color. It looks great! Additionally, we asked if he could power wash the pool deck and walkway to the pool gate. He uncovered stones we haven’t seen for years. He even power washed the diving board. We are very happy! His rates are extremely reasonable and affordable for the quality of work he did. I took 3 bids for the job. After talking on the phone, Luke seemed like a fit for my job. I still didn't give the okay, until I met him in person and we talked about what I wanted done. He more than met my expectations on job performance. Very conscientious and meticulous, with a work ethic I haven't seen in a quite a while. By the way, he was not the lowest bidder for the project.
