Reviews
Write a ReviewWe now regularly use Presidential Property Management services weekly for mowing/trimming, etc. They do a great job. And we often request special assistance on smaller and larger jobs. They did some great work to refresh and improve the areas around our pool and several flower beds. It turned out beautiful! They are reliable and so helpful!
Jon and his crew did an amazing landscaping and hard scaping job. The work was done very timely and professionally. They cleaned up a lot of debris from the yard and laid stone and mulch around the plants. Shrubs. mailbox & AC unit. I would highly recommend them for your landscaping and lawn maintenance needs!
We initially hired Presidential Property Management based on a great Angie’s List review for lawn mowing and trimming. We were really happy with the work they did and Jonathon often had great ideas for improvements of our whole property that he’d seen needing attention. He was so right and he and his crew have always done an excellent job and work hard and efficiently. He regularly checks with us on what his plans, schedule and suggestions are as he the work proceeds and we never have seen unnecessary suggestions. We are lucky to have found Jonathon and Property Management. We trust him and we never have had an issue, which was pretty rare when we used other companies. Top quality.
Jonathan responded quickly and did the job for a reasonable price. Brian
Good job.
Very unprofessional. He entered my home to do electrical work that included light fixtures, heater,& carbon monoxide/smoke detectors . He left my home w/out replacing the heater he blew out during installation. I was literally beside him when the sparks flew & the heater blew. After offering to replace it, the next day he returned w/ a fire extinguisher & said ?he was done & he was not responsible for it? even though it was part of the contracted work we agreed to. In addition, he did not install the smoke detector. He stated that because he had discovered mold in the attic, he was now going to report it and said I would be kicked out of my house. I believe he stated this because I rejected his offer to abate the mold for $5000 after he researched how to do it assuring me he could do it cheaper than an expert would do it. I declined & said I would get a professional. Because his threat didn?t get me to change my mind he just walked out with 1200 of pay and now my heater is broke.
Tonia is now in small claims court with me, bc she refuses to pay me over 3k for completed work. Went as far as bringing a car load of guys to intimidate me , I called code enforcement, I refused to come back not only bc of the mold but the constant harassment while I worked. The heat fixtures were 5 years old home owner provided. I did my best to help a struggling homeowner as her infrastructure of a 40+ year old house falls apart around her. Even snaked her clogged drain bc it was backing up.
Jonathan quoted me $375 for the items I needed to be removed or $500 for a full trailer. I told him from the start I was on the second floor. I figured I would have plenty that I can add to the dump since I got the whole trailer instead of what he quoted me for just the list of items. When he got here, he told me he did not know I was on the second floor (in original text it says I am on the 2nd floor) so he charged me $90 more and was only here 40 minutes. His trailer was full to the top and I had more things to throw away but I just let it go because he took the big stuff like furniture. Little did I know, he put a hole in my wall when taking down the sectional couch. He never told me about it so now I need to pay my apt complex for the damage he caused on top of already paying him. $600 and the job was not complete and he was here 40 minutes. I am not happy. What a rip off.
This house was in the worst condition of any house I had ever been in. Smelled awful, drug paraphernalia laying around an absolute mess, holes in drywall and broken wall corners. If she was charged by the paddocks of Saratoga?s was bc the unit was absolutely destroyed. I did not charge her $90 for the second floor , I charged her $90 to add a mattress and Xmas tree after the trailer was full. As far as the hole,I was unaware of the hole. When I tried to call her , phone was no longer in service
Outstanding! Really good job with removing items as requested, very fair charge when compared to other estimates. Sincere and honest, was here on time. Definitely a five star !!! Thank you Johnathan😃
Punctual and completed the job in a timely manner.
Got the job done quickly.
