Very disappointed at this point. Some of the work they performed has proven defective. We have tried to contact them numerous times and even though they say they will come out at a certain time, they do not show up. My last call to see about their latest promise to show up was met with a voice mail stating their box was full and could not accept calls. At this time I would not recommend them for any roofing work

Unfortunely I'm disapointed in Scott and his broken promises to return after his worker's didn't throughly repair our roof. This happened back in February. It is now July and I haven't heard from him in 6 weeks. He promised to have his guy come back out to replace the shingles that once again came off. Do not.. repeat do not get an estimate from this company. But then again, if you want him to return your call.. tell him you need a bid on replacement. Roofers are not licensed by the state. Make sure you know who you're dealing with before you spend your hard earned money.

He showed up on Thursday right after I put the inquiry in and by Saturday night I had a new roof. He advised not to repair the 21 year old roof because it was best to put a complete new roof on. Fantastic!

They were on time, professional and courteous.

They replaced my entire roof system in one day, good job.

They are just salesmen and hire subcontractors to do work . I have not seen them since the day they estimated! They sent 5 men from another stae in a plane van. They spent 3 hours to do job and used about 2000 screws. Cost 3 Hours X 5 Men =s 15 Man hours Estimated screw cost at $500 Estimate $4700-$500 Screws=Labor coat of $4200 Labor Cost $4200 Dived by 15 Man-hours =$280 per man Hour! This GREED and totally out of line for this skill level and tools used. cost for a roofer than a doctor. I will do my best to let all my friends and classmates in Cleveland to know of his SCREWING. We also disagreed on what was to be done to the chimney flashing. . SLick talker. I have paid my bill and pray it does not Leak when it rains.
