Had an algae problem with my pool. They sent someone out and took care of the problem and will be doing weekly maintenance. The person who came out was very helpful and answered all my questions.

Metal work team were very nice, hard workers. Very proud of their work. They did a real nice job on new fencing and gates. Price was very reasonable. They also built a custom, monobeam outdoor stairs for me, and did not get the steps even. They had to come back several times to correct. The other issue I had was with Bret, the owner. He was always "too busy" to answer or return phone calls or texts. Poor communications. Schedules were often delayed.

When I contacted HomeAdvisor, I received a call from Joe and he came the same day to measure and provide an estimate for a steel railing system for our 34-1/2 x 51 back porch. Joe was very friendly and personable, and I trusted him to perform quality work. Joe took his time measuring to ensure the railings would be constructed correctly. The estimated cost was reasonable, so I hired him on the spot and gave him a check for 1/2 of the fee. When Joe came back today to install the steel railing, I noticed that he planned to attach the entire steel railing system extremely close to the edge of the concrete. The steel railing that attaches to the bottom step lacked between 1" and 1-1/2" meeting the concrete. I asked whether the steel railing needed to be taken back to the shop and bent down a little more , and Joe ensured me the steel railing would pull down when he drilled into the concrete. After completing the installation, Joe asked me to look at the concrete because a chunk of concrete where the steel railing attached to the concrete step broke off, which upset me. After discussion, Joe sent a concrete repair specialist out to repair the concrete. The repair is immaculate, and Joe guaranteed the work!! We are very satisfied customers, and I highly recommend Joe from Premier Pools.
