Our garage door jump the track and got stuck when we opened the garage door. This is 3rd time in a year and half. First time the kids left object under the garage door that cause this issue. 2nd time it just jump itself and inspection from Premier Overhead Door did not reveal any issued. 3rd time (this time) same thing - garage door jump the track but inspection did not reveal any issue? When I called the owner of this company, he found the records and noted that he will send somebody same day to fix the issue. Owner of the company noted that if there will be a charge that the tech will let me know, which was my faulty assumption that the company is standing behind their work and will repair the same issue as they did less than 6 months ago. Half year ago when this happened 2nd time we were charged same as the first time. When the tech completed his work this 3rd time he told me that there is a charge for repairs that is double what the company charge first and second time. 3rd time appear that the company raised their prices almost 100% that they charge almost double what was half year ago. And be aware the company does not stand behind their work and NO warranty on their labor so if they have to come back in a months or half year they may charge you double what they charged before. Also be sure that you get the quote before they start the work otherwise they will quote you whatever they want.

I did some research & found that there fee was a little bit high. But since they were local I went ahead and hired them. The technician did not give me a receipt showing that they had been paid. I contacted the company & they emailed me one. It's seems to me a receipt would be standard.
