They need to put down drop cloths and cover things up, took a day to clean up after them, had to wash all the bedding heavy dust through the up stairs.ð  ð Â

We have to change our initial positive evaluation of the work. The insulation portion of the project went well, but the dry wall portion did not. Unfortunately ,we do not yet live in the home that was the work site and did not have a chance to see the finished product until days after it was completed. What we found was very disappointing. The site was a mess. The workers did not lay down any drop cloths when taping/mudding the ceiling so my entire brand newly surfaced garage floor was covered with mud drippings and screws everywhere. There are all sorts of areas where the work was sloppy and unfinished ; tapes are already pealing off because they were not properly covered with mud and there are areas which were left uncovered by drywall -especially around the garage doors mechanisms. The workers should have been more respectful of the work site and put drop cloths over the work area , scrape off the excess mud and swept out the nails and dust. Luckily i did not drive into the garage ( even the driveway had screws lying around). We will now have to finish correcting the sloppy work on the initial taping, fill in the missing dry wall areas before we can proceed to smooth out the ceiling surfaces and prime and paint the area.

Specific project was attic, dense pack, and foam insulation. Very clean, friendly, and professional crew. Took the time to explain what they were doing, why, and what was wrong with what they found. Did a Focus on Energy assessment along with this work, recommended by Premier North, to make sure we let the science dictate the work. Very impressed with my overall experience.
