Premier North Insulation

Premier North did a great job adding insulation to my attic. Their price was fair, and they got the job done quickly. They also lowered the final price after finding that some of the expected work was done, showed me and told me about that change right away. One star subtracted for no photos that the insulation was up to the correct depth across the attic.

Although we used them several years back, we were very satisfied with everything! The crew and David were great to work with! We had updated some of the insulation in our home and it made a big difference in our energy costs!

Had attic insulation added and sealed attic, not sure how much it helped, heating bill still went up during the winter, work was did good, now we have proper level of insulation in attic.may have Dave come back in the fall to check house for others to keep house warm during the winter months

We had our attic reinsulated from the original 1979 levels along with upgraded ventilation of the attic. Results remain to be determined. Just going into the cold weather season. I would have appreciated before and after photos because we’re not able to view easily.

They need to put down drop cloths and cover things up, took a day to clean up after them, had to wash all the bedding heavy dust through the up stairs.ð  ð  

We have to change our initial positive evaluation of the work. The insulation portion of the project went well, but the dry wall portion did not. Unfortunately ,we do not yet live in the home that was the work site and did not have a chance to see the finished product until days after it was completed. What we found was very disappointing. The site was a mess. The workers did not lay down any drop cloths when taping/mudding the ceiling so my entire brand newly surfaced garage floor was covered with mud drippings and screws everywhere. There are all sorts of areas where the work was sloppy and unfinished ; tapes are already pealing off because they were not properly covered with mud and there are areas which were left uncovered by drywall -especially around the garage doors mechanisms. The workers should have been more respectful of the work site and put drop cloths over the work area , scrape off the excess mud and swept out the nails and dust. Luckily i did not drive into the garage ( even the driveway had screws lying around). We will now have to finish correcting the sloppy work on the initial taping, fill in the missing dry wall areas before we can proceed to smooth out the ceiling surfaces and prime and paint the area.

They came and did the job timely.
