If you are going to need mulch, make sure that you order it in advance because if it is not put down after the weed spray they will charge you again for spraying - wish I had been advised of this I talked with the company and we got it all figured out. Their customer service is great!

The estimate we got was right on. The crew that did the work quickly and they did a wonderful job.

The gentleman came back few months later for free to answer my question about winterizing my sump-pump drain. They had done grading and drain-tile in my yard earlier that Summer.

There wasn't much in the way of communication and updates as to when the job would actually start (it was 10 weeks from the time I contacted them - their schedule was well booked). However, when I was finally contacted, our meeting to discuss the planned work to be done went smoothly. The work crew was very nice and hard working. They started on time, did an excellent job in completing the layout as planned and did a good job in cleanup. They accomplished a lot of work in the one day they were here! I am looking forward to next spring, when they will return to work on another project in the backyard. My advise is to book with them early in the season!

Bruce and his crew did a fantastic job on our front lawn relandscaping. They brought in dirt and stone to raise the elevation of the lawn and put in a rock retaining wall. Bruce worked efficiently and conscientiously to get the project done. He put in extra effort to make the retaining wall look great (you try pairing up giant boulders stacked on top of each other and get them to fit physically and visually). His creativity shined through. I will be working again with Precision Yard in the future.

overall met and exceeded expectations of finished project. was some delay in getting project scheduled/started due to company's other commitments and weather, bur when finally got started, completed in timely manner.
