Snakes are so elusive! I had a big black snake in my house, Stephanie came out right away. Unfortunately it crawled into a whole in the bottome cabinets.....Stephanie removed everything from the cabinets, in her search she found a couple of wholes (and pointed them out to me) that lead down to the basement. She was up and downstairs and stayed until she could find it....which she did and took it away. I am very grateful for her professionalism, patience and her knowledge!!
