The business in customer service side is below average. They were responsive via text but never showed up to inspect or oversee the job. In the contract, they guaranteed that they provide a foreman to oversee the project but no foreman was there and the painters depended on me for their work. The painters were very unorganized and sloppy and left me to clean the paint on a newly installed flooring. I sent them pictures of their sloppy works and basically the answer was that they agreed that a touch up needed to be done but said I need to complete it myself. And in the middle of the day they left and never came back. I wouldn't recommend using this company.
