I recently had the pleasure of working with Christopher Rua & Jeremiah with Precision Garage Door Service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, their communication was exceptional, keeping me informed at every step of the process. The guys were extremely professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the inspection report. They conducted a comprehensive 27-point inspection and identified several issues that, if addressed now, can prevent bigger problems down the line. What I appreciated most was their dedication to providing multiple options to extend the life of my garage door, rather than just pushing for a new system. It’s clear that they strive to offer the best solutions for their customers. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for their top-notch service and expertise! Chris and Jeremiah showed up on time conducted a thorough evaluation of the health of my door, clearly explained my options and left me with a quieter, smoother operating door and as a happier customer. These will be the first guys I call the next time I need service on any of my doors. Their integrity and professionalism was evident and refreshing to experience in an industry where that is not always case. Well done! Chris thoroughly evaluated and troubleshot my 20 year old garage door opening system after it failed to work. He was super thorough and consulted me on all choices for me to make on different cost levels and what the pros and cons of each repair/replace option would be with costs so I could make a very informed decision. He installed a great new operator and railings With keypad And two remotes. I am super satisfied with the new system and it is super quiet compared to the old one. I highly recommend using Chris and Precision Garage Door Service for any of your garage system needs. He knows his stuff and communicates extra well. He also left no mess and worked around our very full garage so my wife was equally pleased.
