Chris was great from start to finish! He came out with a sense of urgency and communicated very well through out the entire process. I had multiple variations or doors and openers and options I wanted him to quote for me and he did so timely, as well as offering to come to my home many times with physical panels and samples for me to see in person. I order 2 new garage doors, they were both inspected and unfortunately one had to be reordered, but the issue was caught and resolved promptly without me having to do anything. The installation of my garage doors was more complex than usual with a very low clearance and a double track, the installation took a bit longer due to troubleshooting, but the installer (red hair guy, apologies I forgot your name..) was also great at communicating and called for help and got a plan together to ensure installation was completed the next day, and came back even though he was not scheduled too. Chris also came out the next day to assist with the install to ensure everything was working smoothly, and even stayed late troubleshooting too to get it working. 5 star service from start to finish!

Chris did a great job fixing the edging around my garage door last summer so when I had issues with it closing I called Precision, the tec that was sent out was friendly and professional. He even gave me tips to help extend the life of my garage door and took the extra time to adjust the close settings and grease the tracks.
