The technician was excellent

Garage door was re-triggering and rising back up when it closed. Had to try it a couple of times to get it to stay down. Precision Pro said I needed new door opener which would include 1 remote and new key pad. Opener also has camera. Door opens extremely quiet now and no problems, except camera. Can't always get picture on phone. I called Technician back out today to check. It is probably something I haven't figured out yet! Technician was extremely courteous and helped me with a discount. I always call Precision for my garage door. In the past they have also adjusted my door and replaced a badly needed strip along the bottom of the door. Awesome people!
