Alex was the installer and he was very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. He left a clean work site and removed the old parts.

Service pro was indeed a pro...quick, knowledgable,,and with all the parts to repair the door. Only negative, there were more expensive, but getting it fixed immediately was worth it.

Alex, tech who came was courteous &?explained issue w/our two different openers. Appt. was quickly scheduled. Ale called & said he could come early. Good experience.

I have used Precision Door service twice now. The first time, they did some motor work on one of my openers. They also did maintenance and lubrication on the door rollers and other moving parts. Excellent results at a reasonable price. The second time was for a different garage door, and that opener required replacement. What I really liked about their service was that the Technicians sent were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient in doing not only the replacement, but all the fine tuning, maintenance and lubrication. They also explained the what, how and why of all processes involved. That was very helpful in that now I can see and hear things and understand what is happening with these systems. They are on my first call list!
