Immediate response (on a Sunday), and serviced the next day. Two hours to replace springs, rollers, and bearings. Quality work.

Quality work, inspected and evaluated current door mechanics and gave me several options to consider, in addition to replacing the needed broken spring. Quick response, quality work, very professional and considerate. Complete cleanup when done. Will easily hire again when needed. Left my garage door operating the best it had in a long time.

They make the repair but also check the overall condition of the door/opener and make recommendations. They also came out quickly. Came the next day because it was not an emergency.

I selected Precision Door Service based on the reviews I had read on HomeAdvisor. I had a dollar figure in my head that I was hoping to stay close to for a new garage door. They met and exceeded my expectations even though I spent a couple hundred more than I thought I wanted to. They installed the door and are returning to "tweak" the track this weekend to ensure my side service door opens all of the way. The opener is exceptionally quiet, the door is quality and it makes my house look 10 years newer at least. I would absolutely recommend this company to my closest friends and family.

Needed new springs...and a new door. First attempt to replace the springs did not work the following day. They were prompt to repair it so the old door works until the new one will be installed. Repairmen were courteous and professional.

One of two circuit boards was faulty. He replaced both. I had lubricated every hinge on the door before he got to it. I told him not to lubricate it and he did anyway. It's fixed and I am glad for that. The man was polite but a bit too much tipped toward sales.
