The technician, Kirby, was very pleasant and professional, great to work with, explaining what he could do, giving me reasonable options, doing the job, and then thoroughly explaining all I needed to know to operate my new opener, along with how to periodically lubricate the door. (Who knew you needed to do that? I didn't!) I've already recommended Precision to a neighbor.

The drive belt on our 16-year old Raynor garage door opener had started to disintegrate. I obtained a new belt from Raynor, and needed a repairman to install. You gave the most expensive estimate, but I chose you because of your association with HomeAdvisor, and the info on your web page, particularly the identification of the repairman and his bio. Repairman was on time, very professional and friendly, and a Navy vet besides. I am happy with the service.
